Delivery
We offer Express and Standard delivery options. The cost of delivery will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of the product. We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times may vary based on your selected delivery option and the distance from our warehouse at 32, Colombo road, Kurunegala, Sri Lanka.
Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns for items with factory defects or those damaged during transport within 2 weeks of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or the provided phone number. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.
